Have you ever considered what it would be like to live in the woods, off-grid and disconnected from city services. Immune to the ever increasing demand for energy and utility rate increases? Television, Telephone and Internet services are all conveniences, but the basic necessities of food, water and power need not be outside of your control. Are you at the mercy of other unseen individuals in high places who can influence your ability to live economicably and comfortably?
This property is completely off the radar, disconnected from the demands and pressures of civilization. But, living off-grid doesn't mean you have to sacrifice creature comforts or conveniences. This subterranean, two bedroom/two bath solar powered home boasts a full compliment of modern conveniences, a well appointed kitchen and a master suite complete with a Jacuzzi.
One of the first things you will notice is the absolute privacy that being off-grid can provide. No telemarketers, no door-to-door salespeople or solicitors, no traffic! When you open the front door and step into the world beyond you become just some more of the wildlife. A seperate guesthouse can provide a place for the kids to play without disturbing the solitude of the main house or sleep additional guests.
